SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Effectively communicate with vendors.

SUMMARY:
The Technical Advisor (TA) is an onsite project oversight role who provides technical support and supervision to technical crews working on various project types. The TA is responsible for reviewing plant engineering documents and P&ID’s, troubleshooting of turbine systems and equipment, planning, organizing, integrating and direction of resources such as labor, cranes, tools, and materials as required to complete the work scope. The TA will oversee and support site execution teams ensuring success and minimization of project delays and non-conformities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Manage, perform, coordinate, and monitor project activities.
- Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and on-going preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration.
- Provide technical instruction and assistance regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve to resolve technical issues.
- Perform administrative functions such as: daily logs, writing technical reports, and preparing job status reports.
- Participate in a service team dedicated to safety metrics.
- Coach, mentor, and train technicians.
- Up to 100% travel.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Position Overview:
Primarily responsible for ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing products and supplies, in support of generator manufacturing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
• Supervise, oversee, and plan activities that relate to inventory control in the organization and warehouse.
• Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored.
• Manage, procure, purchase and track inventory to ensure business repair demands are met in an efficient manner.
• Work directly with management to report stock inflow and outflow.
• Review balance of inventory and provide quarterly stock counts.
• Researching and resolving inventory problems such as loss, damage and inventory record inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with the Zephyr Wind Parts (ZWP) division when procuring materials to optimize savings for the company. Purchases may be made directly through this division.
• Optimize inter-company stock transfers.
• Ensure materials, both new and used, are valued appropriately in the ERP system.
